Newgrounds is based more towards originality instead of just ripping crap from other things and making some video compilation about Call of Duty kill streaks. Also NG is more community based while on Youtube no one knows each other, nor cares. Finally the blam system on NG keeps a lot of crap off the site, unlike Youtube where it's like going through a sea of random videos.
Sure Youtube has movies, but so do a dozen other websites so that ain't special.
I WILL ADMIT THIS! You can have 3-D and regular video on there since you don't have to worry about file-sizes. I WILL ADMIT THAT!
